What’s your biggest challenge to getting a good night’s sleep?

I’m thinking of starting a website that helps people get better sleep. Nowadays sleep deprivation is normalized, even glorified (especially for entrepreneurs). I think there’s a lack of awareness about the negative effects of inadequate sleep, so the site will also talk about why sleep is important.

For you, what are the biggest challenges to getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night?

Do you believe that much sleep is necessary or is the opportunity cost too great while running a business?
