  2. Passed there a while back and a bunch of dodgy looking types were slinking away while the polis (2 cars, a riot shield and an unmarked car) were arresting a bloke dressed in nought but a towel. A fire engine was present and the chief was giving someone a bollocking

  3. It might be bad however that place has probably saved lives. They put up with a lot more than what traditional homeless shelters will. The people in their are targeted by health staff so at least their physical needs are taken care of.
