So Glasgow, why is the DnB scene so dead here? Not cool, dnb touches the soul! Anyway I created a new subreddit [https://www.reddit.com/r/GlasgowDnB](https://www.reddit.com/r/GlasgowDnB) check it out theres nothing there really hahaha but feel free to ask anything or support, much appreciated

Edit: Not sure why so many people decided to downvote this. Sure you have a different taste in music but I’m unsure as to why you have to be snobby about it. I’m not shitting on techno even though it’s not what I’m into.

  1. Personally I think DnB died around the Ram Trilogy time or at least that’s when my interest died. Also dubstep appears to be its successor.

I don’t think DnB really ever took off in Glasgow. Its more a south of England phenomena.

  2. I never ever noticed much of a DnB scene here ever. Couldn’t put my finger on it. Hard dance and techno seem to be the most popular varieties of dance music here, at least from what I’ve experienced.
